What is the meaning of "Ok, esta bien el que no entiendas mis palabras, es una forma de decirte que si yo aceptase ser tu novia o algo parecido que harias tu?
My friend a girl (from South America) told me something which I can't figure out, "Ok, esta bien el que no entiendas mis palabras, es una forma de decirte que si yo aceptase ser tu novia o algo parecido que harias tu?"
Our lesson in spanish in the school teached us to translate word for word, and I got a mixed meaning.
Thanks

Yes, this wouldn't translate very well word for word.
It means "OK, the fact that you don't understand my words is all right; it's a way of telling you that if I were to agree to be your girlfriend or something like that, what would you do?"
It means something like this.
'Ok, ok that you do not understand my words, is a way of saying that if I accept to be your girlfriend or something what would you do? "
But there are mistakes in it.
Ok, esta bien el que no entiendas mis palabras, es una forma de decirte que si yo aceptase ser tu novia o algo parecido que harias tu?"
Ok, It's okay that you don't understand my words. It is a form of telling you that if I accept [your offer] of being your girlfriend or something similar, what would you do?
