It is pronounced the same as an "e" without the tilde on top of it. The tilde just shows that that letter (syllable) in the word gets stressed.

llame = lla-me

llamé = lla-

The "e" is pronounced the same in both, but in the first one it is in the unstressed syllable, and in the second it is in the stressed syllable.
