Eso es lo que (ella) dijo. (That is what she said)

Es lo que (ella) dijo. (It is what she said)

(ella) Lo dijo. (She said it/that)

(ella) Eso dijo. / (ella) Dijo eso. (She said that)

Only use the ella (ella = she) if there would be some confusion as to who said it, or if you wish to emphasize that it was she (as opposed to some other) that said it.

All of the above should work. The first is the closest to the English statement, but I think that Spanish natives would tend to use lo dijo / eso dijo.

I wonder how Spanish natives feel about Así dijo?
