I can't find "vemos", what is the other form of it?

I don't see the meaning of "vemos", but I find it with "Nos vemos" in text. I like to know what is the other form of the word "vemos". What about "Nos" also, what does it mean?

Vemos is the verb "ver" conjugated with nosotros in 1st person of the plural.
Yo veo, tú ves, él ve, nosotros vemos, vosotros veis, ellos ven.
"Nos" is a reflexive pronoun in this case, means "We see eachother".
