I am not sure what "momo" means, either (I will try to find out, too, now) but why do you think it means "Castro's momo" instead of "Momo's castro?"

Becuase Castro is like the King or something .. the whole phrase is Castro del Momo if that helps - boutinlover, Mar 7, 2010
Aha..you mean that he is the King of ....perhaps a place called "Momo"?? - Janice, Mar 7, 2010

Sounds more like a place to me. Does not make sense as a phrase, and it most certainly does not mean "castro's momo".

Look what I found while looking for places called Momo (I happened to know that there is such a place in Italy...)

King Momo (Carnival character), portrayed in numerous Latin American festivities
