You do it with a conjugated form of estar + the gerund form of the verb that follows.

For example:

Yo hablo. I am speaking.

Take the gerund form of hablar: hablando.

Now use it in a sentence:

Yo estoy hablando. I am speaking.

So for your first sentence-

Mario navega por Internet.

You would say: Mario {estar} {navegar} por Internet. (Fill in the blanks with the correct form)

¿Comprendes?

Hi and welcomegrin

We do not do homework but only help with it.

The progressive tense is formed with:

estar + gerund

for example: estoy comiendo

Now you can post your sentences and we will proofread themwink
