En Argentina:

  1. la harina 000 es el equivalente a "bread flour" (la que contiene más gluten y que justamente se usa para hacer pan)
  2. la harina 0000 es la "all-purpose flour" (también se conoce como "pastry flour")
  3. y la harina leudante se traduce como "self-rising flour".(it contains yeast)
