Las niñas llevan vestido?
Hola!
Las niñas llevan vestido... Shouldn't ¨vestido¨ in the preceding sentence be plural with an ¨s¨ as in vestdos? The girls are wearing dresses, right?
Gracias, mi amigos...

If it meant dress, then, yes, as the noun in countable.
If it means "dressed" The girls are dressed, then it is not a countable noun to be made plural.
Look at our dictioniory under ir+vestido=to be dressed (llevar is the same)
It would be similar to using an uncountable noun in English. The girls are wearing clothing, not the girls are wearing clothings. "vestido" is neither a countable noun nor an adjective to show concordance, but an uncountable noun.
That's my guess, anyway. (and it is totally an educated guess).
Estoy de acuerdo con qfreed.
