what are doing
tiene usted

Hi Raymund,
"What are you doing?" in Spanish is ¿Qué haces? Or ¿Qué estás haciendo?
The first one is present tense and can also mean "What do you do?" as in what line of work do you do, or ¿Qué haces cuando se levanta?- "What do you do when you get up?"
The second one may be more clear, but I think the first one is more common.
Buenas suerte (good luck)
