How would I say: have a good weekend to a group of people, like in an e-mail to multiple people. Would it be: tened un buen fin de semana? Or do I just use ten?

Hello aeacuscanti, welcome to SpanishDict smile

For such phrases, often subjunctive is used with que (May you have a nice weekend)

Que tengáis un buen fin de semana (informal you - vosotros form)

Que tengan un buen fin de semana (formal you - usted form).

Plural (vosotros) affirmative command for Tener?

Your question is badly phrased. As given, the answer should be "tened" (the Plural (vosotros) affirmative command for "tener"). However the answer supplied by Issabela is the preferred way to express the thought. If you simply want to know the vosotros form of the imperative, you can easily consult the "conjugation" tool for "tener". If, on the other hand, you seek a good (the best) translation of some expression in English (or whatever) then that is what you should ask for.
