Can "ninth grade" be translated as "grado novena" or just "grado nueve"?
If it cannot be translated as "grado novena", then how can I translate it using "novena"?

Here is a very interesting link on "grades":
So something similar to "I'm in 9th grade" would be "Voy en tercero de secundaria".
