Can someone please help me with the subjunctive?

Which is the correct way to say the entir text that follows?

If I say, "Write this down," to whom would I be speaking? I am speaking to everyone that is present.

Would I say: Si digo: "escriban esto" ¿a quién estoy hablando? Estoy hablando a todos los presentes.

Or would I say: Si diga: "escriben esto" ¿a quién esté hablando? Esté hablando a todos los presentes.

The top one is correct. You do not need subjunctive.

Though, in the context of that dialogue, if you use "Escriban" and it is obviously addressing a group of people, you may want to say "¿A quiénes estoy hablando?" since you know the answer must be plural.
