You could also say "Quinceañera" which is what most people would use but this would be turning 15 if you mean turning 16 there is no spanish word for that except saying "Es mis decimosextos cumpleaños" which means it's my sixteenth birthday.

im trying to get the correct spelling for a girls 16th birthday i think its spelled cencetta or something like that I cannot find it in the dictionary??

In most Spanish speaking countries, as far as I can tell, you don't celebrate the 16th birthdaym but the 15th. Most girls therefore look forward to their "fiesta de quince años" as a BIG deal.
