How do you express height in Spanish? For example, how would I say "She is five feet tall"? Thanks!

The term "measure" is used for height. "Medir" is the verb you want to use (it is a stem changer to "i")
"She is five feet tall" would be "she measures five feet"- Ella mide cinco pies.
