Bug in the flashcards incorrect responses

The order of words is all messed up. There are three categories: Prompt, Correct Answer, and Your Answer.
Currently this is how it looks:
Prompt: your answer (in grey)
Correct Answer: the prompt (in green)
Your Answer: your answer (in red).
One for three 'aint bad.
Can someone please fix this???
