In addition to Brasil, there are three countries in South America that do not speak Spanish: Surinam (Dutch), Guyana (English) and French Guiana (French).

Although Dutch is the official language in Surinam, Creole words and words of Spanish origin have been adopted. So the Dutch don't necessarily understand the Surinam though the Surinam understand the Dutch perfectly well! - chicasabrosa, Mar 2, 2010

Welcome to the forum. I can tell you most of South America except Brazil and a few others, Central America except Belize, Mexico, and of course Spain. I'm sure I'm forgetting somewhere.
