Would "____ National Park" be "___ Parque Nacional" or "Parque Nacional de ____" ? Thanks!

You would write "Parque Nacional" first. And I'm pretty sure that whether it is followed with "de" depends on whether it is a name or location. For example:
Yellowstone National Park - El Parque Nacional Yellowstone
Serengeti National Park - El Parque Nacional del Serengeti
