If you look to the top left you should see "LEARN SPANISH." Clicking this will take you to a wonderful set of videos made by your teacher "Paralee." Watch these videos and visit the forums when you have questions.
Of course outside sources like speaking with natives and reading literature are also necessary to reach proficiency.
