Summary of Picture
Two of the girls in this picture don't match. The girl on the left's shirt is too tight. Her other shirt is red. She has on white shorts with bright stripes on them. Green pants are under them. The girl in the middle had on a shirt and black tie. She has on green, orange and blue shorts. She has on one blue striped sock. The girl on the right is dressed normally.

Picture is better translated as foto instead of imagen
The word order of some of the sentences is a bit muddled. I think should go something more like this:
No me gustan la ropa de las chicas en este foto porque no combinan bien. La verde camiseta de la chica en la izquierda es demasiada ajustada ¡y su otra camiseta es roja! Lleva los blancos pantalones cortos con rayas vivas y debajo de estos lleva pantalones verdes- ¡que malo! La chica en el medio lleva una camisa con una corbata y pantalones cortos que son verdes, naranjos y azules. También, ella tiene solo un calcetín de rayas azules. Pero, la chica en la derecha es vestida bastante normalmente.
This translation flows much better and now uses opinions which make it higher level.
