What does casi-rumba mean, if anything?

I have come across the term 'casi-rumba' in a Spanish text and want to know if it has a specific meaning.

Literally it means "almost-Rumba". Rumba is a type of spanish dance, so they probably just mean it doesn't follow the traditional dance form but is similar.
