is "v@#%a" a curse word? What does it mean?

While watching a soccer game between high school kids, one of them missed a shot on goal and shouted out "Ala V@#%a!" At least that's what it sounded like. Spelling may not be right but I'm sure I heard it right. Later I was told it was a curse word but not told of it's meaning. I'm just curious...what does it mean?

no according to google it means velg....so it means your spelling is either off or your hearing is (NO offense)
