¿Se resfría usted a menudo? Do you often catch a cold?

Me resfrío todos todos los inviernos. I catch a cold every winter

Mis hijos nunca se resfrían. My kids never catch a cold

¿Te resfrías en verano? Do you ever catch a cold in summer?

Or you can use the following idiomatic expression: agarrar un resfriado. For example: agarraste un resfriado la semana pasada: you caught a cold last week.

Or simply, "me resfrío", I have a cold.

"I have a cold" should be "Estoy resfriada" or "tengo un resfrío" :) - Benz, Feb 26, 2010

¿se resfriaba usted? (did you catch a cold?)

Catching a cold takes a very short time, so "Se resfrió" would be appropriate here. - 005faa61, Feb 26, 2010
