I've had the pleasure of working in Spain and Mexico and have heard all three of the above depending where I was working. I know what they mean but I wonder what you use in your country (or someother phrase) and if there is any level of formality or other factors for which one you would choose to use.

In mexico you'll hear: está bien (or 'ta bien), orale, ok, chale, chido.

En Colombia la palabra es "listo".

In Northern Mexico, you will hear a lot of "Ok".
