Is it correct to say:
The TV have got to funtion with 3D in the future, because I saw one ad about it in the newspaper.

To be grammatical you could try it this way:
TV has got to function...
or
TVs (Televisions) have got to function...
Tambien, en este contexto será mejor decir "I saw an ad..."
Pero no sé si es lo que quieras decir. El decir "have got to" significa que es algo obligatorio o 'Hay que hacer así', 'Se tiene que estar así', 'Se debe hacer así...' ¿Es lo que estás tratando de decir?
deber/hay que=ought to/should
In the future TV's should function in 3D, because I saw an ad about it in the newspaper.
In the future TV's ought to function in 3D,....
Tener que
In the future TV's must function in 3d,.....
have to, have got to- are synonymous in everyday speech.
In the future TV's have to.....
In English the future tense is sometimes used to state the idea of "must"
In the future TV's will function...; to show conjecture like Spanish's future tense we temper it with (will probably) or something similar.
