Is there a way to add the audio for the English word on an English to Spanish translation? I have a non-reading student who is using the flashcards to practice Spanish, but it is impossible for him to do it without an aide sitting with him to read the English word first. So it would be great for him to see the English word and hear it spoken before he listens to the Spanish translation.

No, you can only hear one adio, try to change the page setting, top right, from Spanish to English, then the Spanish word shows first.
