la frase en si parece un poco forzada, como sin sentido, yo he entendido la frase como sigue: le grito: !sigue, no te pares! y siguio trabajando en la fabrica (se entiende que se habia parado)

as i told you, the sentence is not correct, at least without knowing its context.

Seguir in this sentence means literally "keep going".

"Keep going, don't stop! I keep working in the factory"
