Think it means "take care" but not 100% sure smile

Yes, take care. "You (familiar) take care".

cuidarse - to take care of oneself. You can read more about it in the dictionary.

See the conjugation tool under "More" menu and look for 2nd person singular imperative (command) form of cuidar. Then put "te" on the end because it's reflexive (cuidarse, not just plain old cuidar)
