Good question, when I was little, native mates in class always had problems between examen and exámenes. They got mistaken with the accent mark :) - Zizoun, Feb 24, 2010

Spanish doesn't use apostrophes for plurals like English does- dot your i's and cross your t's. Do you mean accent mark? - 0074b507, Feb 24, 2010
Oops! ya that's what I meant... - ashyb, Feb 24, 2010
Exámenes has accent mark. Is an 'esdrújula' and all of them have. - Zizoun, Feb 24, 2010

Nouns that end in a consonant, -y, or a stressed vowel (á, í, ó, ú) that isn´t é, add -es

•el botón -> los botones

•el rey -> los reyes

•la majá -> las majaes

•el maní -> los maníes

•el bongó -> los bongoes

•el ñandú -> los ñandúes

Here is a link on this site for you that explains Nouns - Plurals:
