I'm confused on the reputation. How do you earn it?

You get 1 rep point every time you give someone a vote and 10 when someone votes for you. It can be a good answer or a good question or just a good post about whatever.

Answer questions in such a way that people vote for your answer. Start threads or post questions that people vote for.That's about it. If someone flags your post you will lose 10 points per flag.

Answer questions in the forum (here) that get accepted and (to a lesser extent) by voting on the answers of others. Welcome!
