cookie jar
how do u say cookie jar in spanish

Literally: Jarra de galletas, but in Mexico it is:
- bote de/para galletas
- caja de/para galletas
If you're talking about someone getting caught with his hand in the cookie jar it would be a little different:
"Con las manos en la masa."
Which brings me to the question, how do you say "sourdough" in Spanish? I want to give some home made bread to someone, and I want to be able to tell her how it was made.
Welcome to the forum. Cookie jar could be-"tarro de galleta" but I would guess there are more translations for it, there usually is. Please try to use proper capitalization in your posts as there are many here trying to learn English. You can find your own translations in the tool bar above. They are not 100% accurate but close enough to give you the general idea and get you closer to el tarro de galleta. ![]()
