I guess it means she was evaluated (screened) and the results showed she was highly qualified for investigation?

But I need more context to provide a reasonable translation.

Further research: Lethality Screen for Domestic Violence Situations is a method developed to prevent domestic violence casualties. The officer introduces the screen, which is comprised of 11 questions, and asks if the victim would be willing to answer them.

If she ´screened in´ it means she qualified as a potential victim.

So a possible translation could be: Se ajustó al perfil/patrón lo suficiente como para ser investigada.

I think this is something of an idiomatic expression. If you're talking about the evaluation causing some concern that needs to be investigated (something negative), you might use the expression "levantar una bandera roja", to raise a red flag.

As far as I know ´levantar una bandera roja´ means to support comunism or socialism. Not the same as in English. - mediterrunio, FEB 22, 2010
