estado activo esta trabajando menaing is working, esta funcionando it is fuctioning
active estate
inactivo inactive estate no trabaja -is not working or no funciona it is not fuctioning.
Habalndo digitalmente (el lenguage de computadores ) active estate is< "on" puesto o prendido , con voltage o estado positivo -positive estate inactive is off no esta prendido sin voltage negative estate, estado negativo.
