como fue tu tiempo con tu familia ? grammatically incorrect you can say it this way... ¿como te fue con la familia? meaning..how did it go with your family. Now you want to say, You had a nice time with your family? something like this.. ¿Disfrutaste el tiempo con tu familia?
Is there a special reason you want to use the word time? In my opinion there is no need for that word.
