How do you call those iron balls and a chain used for convicts? i think in english they are called fetter, how do you call them in spanish? grilletes, puede ser, pero los grilletes no tenían esa bola de hierro, ¿o si?

Fetters are any type of shackles for the feet. "Ball and chain" is the correct English term. In Spanish this would be "grillete con bola"
