I know that "Me amo" translates to "I love you", but how would I say something such as, "I love him" or "I love them"? Please help!

Amor is just love, but the verb is "amar". THe conjugations are: amo, amas, ama, amamos, aman.

"Me amo" actually means "I love me"! What you wanted was "Te amo" to say "I love you".

The other answers you need are: "I love him" is "lo amo"; "I love them" is "los amo" or "las amo" depending upon whether the "them" you are refering to are masculine or mixed gender for los, or all feminine for las.
