Which country to visit
Si podrías visitar a cualquier país en el mundo donde se hable español, ¿adónde irías? Y ¿por qué?
If you could visit any Spanish speaking county in the world, where would you go? And why?

Me gusta estar en Colombia. Aquí vivimos en un distrito financiero, pero podemos caminar solamente diez minutos para alcanzar un sendero en el bosque. Al seguir el sendero, podemos subir un cerro muy alto. Desde la cumbre del cerro, se puede ver casi toda la ciudad de Bogotá, aun unos picos con nieve.
I enjoy being in Colombia. Here, we live in a financial district, but we can walk just ten minutes to reach a trail in the woods. By following the trail, we can climb a high hill. Most of the city of Bogotá can be seen from the top of the hill, even some peaks with snow.

I want to go to Mexico first. I'm interested in history and beaches. Therefore, exactly, I'll go to the Yucatan peninsular first to view Mayan Piramids, Cancun, Merida, etc. Then I will go to Ciudad de Mexico and the State of Mexico because this is the center of the civilization of Aztec and Ciudad de Mexico is the biggest city by population in western hemisphere.

Your Engish has a few problems but not many.
The first two sentences are fine although you might hear or see "I am interested in history and the beaches.
The next sentences needs to be rid of the the word exactly . It doesn't fit in that sentence. That sentence should read.
"Therefore, I'll go to the Yucatan peninsula (note no r on the end) first to view ("the" could be inserted here and sounds more natural but isn't absolutely necessary) Mayan Piramids, Cancun, Merida, etc. Then I will go to Ciudad de Mexico and the State of Mexico because this is the center of ("the" can be used or doesn't need to be) Aztec civilization and Ciudad de Mexico is the biggest city by population in "the" western hemisphere."
Probably Argentina, Buenos Aires seems to be a cultured city. Also Chile.

Argentina is my choice also. We live in Bogotá and I love it. We have traveled all over Colombia and also Ecuador. But we are from Montana in the United States and I would like to see the many mountains of Argentina with snow. There are some mountains in Ecuador with snow, but not many. The high peaks have snow but mostly it is like it is in Colombia - Beautiful mountains but without snow.
