Where do the accents go in the phrase solamente dios puede juzgareme? And is that the right way to say only god can judge me? I have heard you can also say solamente dios puede juzgar.

"Solamente Dios puede juzgarme" means, like you said, only god can judge me.
"Solamente Dios puede juzgar" means only god can judge.

If you mean accent marks, there are none.
Whether the "me" is needed after juzgar depends on whether you wish to say
"Only God is able to judge" or "Only God can judge me."
