Hi Benz

You may not believe me but I was initially thinking of putting it in the present subjunctive but changed my mind. My question now is as they are friends, ie plural and informal, I was thinking along the lines,

Que tengáis buen viaje y disfrutéis del sol y de la playa. Would this be incorrect?

As you see Eddy, there are many ways to say the same thing :) - Benz, Feb 18, 2010

How about

Tened un buen viaje y disfrutad del sol y de la playa

However, wait for more answers, this is just my take on it.

Eddy, your translation is perfect for Spain. In Latin America we wouldn't use the verb that way. That's why I posted another option ;) - Benz, Feb 18, 2010
