the Ch'ulel maya:Have you heard of it?

So, I have decided to write my final paper of the year of the Ch'ulel maya. I am so excited that I will probably start right away. I am not asking for any digging up of information (unless of course you want to!!!!). I just want to know if you know anything about this "fuerza del alma." I will tell you the little bit that I know. I can't wait to learn more!!!

Uno le olos aspectos importantes de la religion maya es la creencia en el ch'ulel. Esta es una característica basada en la "fuerza del alma." Todos los seres humanos tienen el ch'uledl, y es un "poder" o "soul-force" que tiene 13 partes. Aunque es indestructible eterna, se puede perder parte de ella cuando uno se cae y el "Señor de la Tierra: la toma, o puede abandonar el cuerpo cuando uno se enferma, o durante el acto sexual, etc. Cuando uno se muere, se libera y, al liberarse, la "fuerza del alma" puede ocupar el cuerpo de nuestros descendientes para que puedan compoartir el ch'ulel con nuestros antepasados familiares. A propósito, el ch'ulel reside en la sangre.
