Ok. Our teacher has explained very well about the math required to refer to times after 6, but I have also seen it expressed the way we express it in English...well the most common way I am used to expressing it i.e. cinco y ventiuno etc.etc. Is there a prefered method. It the subtraction method perfered in say..Spain...while the "normal" method is prefered in Mexico or vice verse?

Inquiring minds want to know.
