People in the neighborhood says

You´re using me

And that as soon as you´re healed

You´ll fly away

And I will be left high and dry.

Note: usasando is a very peculiar variation of usando, maybe because he needs one more syllable for that verse. Personally, I think it´s a very poor rhyme.
