What kind of cool? It sounds weird even in English. We just don't even ask that question, it's super corney sounding, baby, like Austin Powers cheezy. Like, if an event or something was cool, Mexican slang is "Está padre". When there is a crisis, and someone tells you they are cool, it's, "Estoy tranquilo/a". If you dress cool, "Visto de moda." or you are looking cool, in-style, "Estoy de moda". Do you feel cool? Tienes frio? What context are you looking for homie?
