Would they like to browse (surf) the net today? Navegar also means to sail and to pilot / navegate a boat

it would please them to sail today les-them/gustaría-would please/navegar-to sail

study up on verbs like gustar y encantar to learn how to use the indirect object pronouns

yo-me tú-te él/ella-le nosotros-nos ellos-les

sometimes it helps to read sentences like this backwards in english

to sail would please them, i know we wouldn't say this, but sometimes it helps

It means, they would like to sail today.

In this sentence, les gustaría navegar hoy-they would like to sail today, they is the indirect object, therefore the indirect object pronoun les is used.

les is the 3rd person plural indirect object pronoun. Here's the reference article on indirect object pronouns.
