Are you supposed to answer the question or properly ask the question?
¿Has preparado tu tarea? (Have you done your homework?)
¿Preparaste tu tarea? (Did you do (prepare) your homework?)
Sí, la he preparado.
No, no la preparé.
Sí, preparé mi tarea.
