Editor of the week badge

I just got the "Editor of the Week" badge for 9 edits. I do not understand this as I do not have 2000 reputation points yet and as far as I know, have not made any edits..... Any ideas? Maybe it is the same software glitch that is affecting the dictionary.

You got it for correcting your own mistakes, Martin.

And frankly, that's a great thing. Far too many people are content to leave their posts filled with improper grammar, capitalization, and spelling. But this is a language-learning site, so the importance of these things cannot be overstated. Thanks for proofreading your own posts and making the necessary corrections.

And congratulations for being such a great part of the community.

Well Thank You! I don't think that you should get rewarded with a badge for making so many mistakes that need correcting! - 00e8f2fa, Feb 14, 2010

Thanks for your comments. I think you should take the badge back. I'll get another one more legitimately!! - 00e8f2fa, Feb 14, 2010
Color it red and consider it a Valentine's day badge from SD! - LateToDinner, Sep 9, 2010
By September you'll have so many - one more or less just won't matter! - LateToDinner, Sep 9, 2010
