Well, if we say "¡Cállate!", that's an imperative, "callarte" is different. I'll show the difference in an example.

Shut up! ~ ¡Cállate!

You should shut up ~ Deberías callarte

But if we just say ¡Callarte!, then that would be incorrect (Unless we say: "Callarte, eso es lo que deberías hacer")

You probably mean "¡Cállate!. Look up the verb "callar" in the dictionary and scroll down.
