What does callarte mean?
Its something this stupid boy calls my Mexican friend.Please translate!

Well, if we say "¡Cállate!", that's an imperative, "callarte" is different. I'll show the difference in an example.
Shut up! ~ ¡Cállate!
You should shut up ~ Deberías callarte
But if we just say ¡Callarte!, then that would be incorrect (Unless we say: "Callarte, eso es lo que deberías hacer")
Be quiet or shut up or hush by the way have you heard the song "hush,hush sweet charlotte?
