If you're asking it in a question form, then it would be asking: "Where are you?" If you're stating it in a simple sentence form, then it would say: "Where you are."
If you are asking us the question, then: "Estoy en los Estados Unidos."

Two posibilities:
1-Where are you?
In this case it would be: ¿Dónde estás?
2-(In the place) where you are
In this case: (En el lugar) donde estás. This time, donde does not use accent, but estás does.
