En un hotel, el número primero es el piso. Entonces: Dónde está la habitación dos veintidos? es mas común.
525 = cinco veinticinco 740 = siete cuarenta

If you don't feel up to saying "doscientos veintedos" for 222, you can also simply say:
¿Dónde está habitación dos-dos-dos?
/DOHN-day ess-TAH ah-bee-tah-see-OHN dohs-dohs-dohs/
oh = long o sound like the o in vote
I'm pretty sure that will work.
