I have an idea. Why don't we create a congratulations card that each person will be automatically awarded everytime he/she reaches 10K, 20K, 30K. Or maybe we can have a different electronic card for each one of those different categories (10, 20, 30, etc.) Then when the person gets it, everybody signs it and comments on it. After one day it goes into the person's account and he keeps it like a special badge that he can look at whenever he wants. Something like that.
