Video Format

As a Spanish teacher, I have requested that our central office unblock Spanishdict.com. The problem seems to be that they do not know the video format that the site is using. I would be very grateful for that information. I find Paralee's videos very informative & think my students would enjoy them, as well as other services offered by this site.
Thanks!

The video format is flash (.flv). All you need to do is install flash player and you'll be good to go.

Also, if your school allows, you can download for free at iTunes. I believe the format of the downloadable files are .m4v, compatible with many media players. You could also convert the downloads to DVD disc if you needed....
